On May 17, Wu Lebin, the chairman of the board of Cash, met with Mr. Jean-Pierre Raffarin, the former premier of France, who came with delegation to China for “the Belt and the Road”summit.

　　Wu Lebin made an introduction of industrial distribution and interactive innovation of Cash, and exchanged views on cooperation in strategic energy and sci-tech innovation foundation. The delegation was composed of FONDATION PROSPECTIVE ET INNOVATION, SIMON ASSOCIéS, AAQIUS, Nouvel Institut Franco-Chinois de la Ville de Lyon and IDINVEST.

　　Raffarin spoke highly of “the Belt and Road” strategic plan and its vital role in the development of the world economy and national strategy of France.

　　Mr. Raffarin was the premier of France from 2002 to 2005, who made enormous contributions for economic, sci-tech and cultural cooperation between China and France.
